Możecie mi pomóc?
Pewnego dnia zablokowali mi konto na club4aces i kazali mi wysłać skan paszportu i rachunku.
Zrobiłem to, odblokowali mi konto, ale nie mogę wypłacić pieniędzy.
Ukazuje się takie ogłoszenie: You have made an unauthorized withdrawal which has been cancelled. Please contact our support for further clarification using the code 10012.
Napisałem do nich, a oni odpisali:
Thank you for contacting our Customer Support Service and we apologise for any delay in responding to your enquiry.
The reason you have received this error code is because of restricted access to our system. In order for us to allow you to access our system, we kindly ask you to complete the attached form and provide all requested documents.
Please send your scanned colour documents to our support e-mail address. It is also possible for you to take a picture of your documents using your cellphone/camera providing that the picture is sent as a jpg.
Please note that all information sent has to be clearly readable, otherwise we will request the verification documents once again. Your personal data and documents will not be transferred to any third parties.
If you should require further assistance, please contact us again as we are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Swoja droga to najlepszy EPT jaki ogladalem do tej pory a widzialem wszystkie  , joe Hachem, Luca Pagano, Antonio Esfandiari , wkoncu jakies ludzkie nazwiska, a nie jak w Kopenhadze niedomyty i kloszard!
