Your recent withdrawal request was declined since you have not provided the necessary credit card information.
Before a withdrawal may be processed, the following information is required. Please complete the attached Authorization Statement, including the date of your initial deposit. You may find the date of your initial deposit by going to the My Account - Account Review section of the site. Select "All Transactions" and the appropriate timeframe. The information is only required once for each card and is kept completely confidential.
* Photo ID: Passport, Driver's License or National Identity Card ( this is required only once even if you use multiple cards)
* Front of your Credit/Debit Card
* Back of your Credit/Debit Card (Please carefully redact only the 3 digit CVV2 or CVC2 Card Security Code in the scan)
* Completed Authorization Statement (please find attached a blank form to be completed and scanned)
For the security of our clients and
Pinnacle Sports, only scanned documents uploaded from the website will be accepted. All submitted documents will be stored on a secure file server using industry standard strong encryption.
You may use the My Account - Personal Details option to upload your documents. Or, go to the Cashier and select the Credit Card deposit option. You will find a click here link to upload your credit/debit card documents. Documents provided as email attachments will be deleted and faxes are not accepted. All copies must be received legibly.
Once the credit/debit card information is uploaded and approved, our Risk Department will advise you via email and you may return to the Cashier to request your payment.
