I am very sorry but as explained previously, a technical error with our automation software meant some matches were not turned in-play so were not properly managed,
In the interests of fairness, we have had to void certain bets on this game as the game was not in-play when the bet was placed. Remember, on the exchange you are betting against another customer so we have to be fair to all parties.
