a jak wyglada sprawa limitow?

Większego gówna to ja w życiu nie widziałem. Najpierw wpłaciłem 100 euro oczywiście wcześniej aktywując bonusa i go nie otrzymałęm, więc wypłaciłem (-20 zł na przewalutowaniu), wpłaciłem ponownie za namową supportu, że jeszcze nic straconego i owszem jest napisane, że mam 200 Euro bonus balance ale nie moge zagrać żadnego zakładu, bo pokazuje, że mam 0 na koncie, haha mega syf, pierwszy raz się z takim czymś spotkałem, na maile na razie nie odpowiadają...

How do I receive the Reload Bonus?

1. Make a deposit of at least €10 between the 1st and the 25th of October using the function you can find in the "Bonuses" section of your BackOffice, clicking on "Activate".
2. In case you don't see your bonus activated in the "Bonuses" section of your BackOffice, or if you wish to deposit using bank or WebMoney, then please send an email to support@noiq.com with "Reload Bonus" in the subject, and write your username, the time, the amount, and the method you chose to deposit, just after you have made the deposit.
3. The Reload Bonus runs from the 1st of October up to the 30th and you will be paid out accordingly to how much of your bonus has been cleared on the 30th at 23:59 CET.
4. If you deposit €200 on the 1st and clear the bonus in 20 days, you will be paid on the 31st.
5. If you deposit €200 on the 1st and do not clear the whole bonus for the 30th, on the day after you will receive the money based on the bonus factor. If you generate 500 VIP Points you will receive €50.
6. €10 Will be released for every 100 VIP Points Earned.
7. The bonus will be paid directly in your poker account.

Note that the deposit must be a new real money deposit, for example you can't claim your bonus in case of a member transfer or if you don't make a new deposit but move the money between poker and main account, and also make sure you have activated the bonus, you have until the 30th to claim your bonus by contacting us, in case it has not been activated.

If you have another bonus running, you can't claim the reload bonus.
Also note that VIP Loyalty Program + First Deposit Bonus + Reload Bonus cannot exceed 50% of the player’s monthly rake.
