Pinnacle Sports Client,
Your recent withdrawal request was declined since you have not provided the necessary credit card information.
As agreed when processing your deposit, all credit card information is to be submitted within three days of your deposit.
Before a withdrawal may be processed, please complete the attached Authorization Statement, including the date of your initial deposit. You may find the date of your initial deposit by going to the Account Review section of the site. Select "All Transactions" and the appropriate timeframe. Once complete, return the Authorization Statement with a copy of the credit card(s), front and back, and a copy of your photo ID (driver's license or passport).
All information must be scanned and forwarded to our Customer Service Department for review. Faxes are not accepted. Copies must be received legibly. Information which is not legible will not be accepted.
Once the credit card information is received, we will advise you via email and you may return to the Cashier to request your payment.
